OneMoreSecurity (CEO Kim, Min Sik) announced that it has completed the deployment of 'OneMoreEYE Rapid Search v3.0,' a missing person rapid search solution, across the entire city of Baybay in the Philippines. The deployment was completed in July 2026 and was carried out independently by OneMoreSecurity using its own technology and personnel.
OneMoreEYE Rapid Search was built to connect with the full CCTV network operated across Baybay City, allowing rapid searches for missing persons, criminal suspects, and other specific individuals in footage citywide.
OneMoreEYE Rapid Search is an AI video analytics solution that quickly identifies scenes across numerous CCTV feeds where the same or a similar person appears, based on a photo and physical description of the person being searched for. On a single server, it can analyze 100 hours of footage in under five minutes, making it 1,200 times faster than manual visual review.
This allows the last known location and movement path of a missing person to be identified quickly, shortening initial search times in missing person cases and helping strengthen the initial response capabilities of local police and monitoring agencies when criminal incidents occur.
OneMoreEYE Rapid Search has already been deployed in the CCTV monitoring environments of more than 20 local governments in Korea, where its field applicability and performance have been validated. Building on the AI video analytics technology and monitoring know-how accumulated through these domestic deployments and operations, OneMoreSecurity implemented a system suited to Baybay City's CCTV operating environment.
Going forward, at Baybay City's request, OneMoreSecurity plans to additionally train the system on Philippine license plate data to provide vehicle search and movement-tracking services as well. In Korea, the company already provides vehicle tracking services based on domestic license plate data, and it intends to improve vehicle recognition accuracy going forward by reflecting local characteristics such as the character composition of Philippine plates and local filming conditions.
After reviewing OneMoreEYE Rapid Search's person-search performance and operational results, a local official in the Philippines expressed intent to actively support the solution's expansion to other regions of the Philippines going forward.
An OneMoreSecurity official said, "This deployment is significant in that it applies OneMoreEYE Rapid Search — whose performance has been validated primarily through domestic local governments — to a citywide CCTV environment overseas for the first time," adding, "Through rapid search for missing persons and criminals and vehicle tracking functions, we will contribute to strengthening Baybay City's public safety and incident response capabilities."
The official added, "We plan to use this deployment as a foothold for entering the Philippine market, strengthening cooperation with local institutions, and expanding AI video analytics services suited to the CCTV environments and public safety needs of individual Philippine cities."
