OneMoreSecurity, an AI and information security specialist, announced on the 24th that it will take part in the 'HOBAN Construction Technology EXPO,' running from August 5 to 8 at COEX in Seoul, where it will showcase 'OneMoreEYE Selective Surveillance v2.0,' an intelligent video analytics solution built specifically for construction sites.
The 'HOBAN Construction Technology EXPO,' where OneMoreSecurity is participating, is an event organized by the Hoban Group to support technology promotion and market expansion for its partner companies, featuring a range of technologies and products in smart construction, industrial safety, smart homes, and construction materials and equipment.
OneMoreEYE Selective Surveillance v2.0 is a solution that uses AI to analyze CCTV footage from construction sites, manufacturing facilities, and logistics centers to detect hazardous situations in real time and alert managers. It automatically analyzes a wide range of safety-related situations that can occur on industrial sites, including failure to wear safety helmets, unfastened safety hooks, worker falls, fire and smoke, intrusion into hazardous zones, heavy equipment approach, smoking, ladder work, two-person work rule compliance, and SOS hand signals.
This version adds an 'Automatic PTZ Schedule' feature that reflects the operational characteristics of construction sites. Based on the time and schedule set by the manager, PTZ cameras automatically patrol designated locations, allowing systematic inspection of areas that require priority monitoring by work process or time of day. The camera's direction and zoom level also switch automatically, improving surveillance efficiency on construction sites where the work environment is large and constantly changing.
The solution also applies a hybrid analysis technology that combines CNN, which analyzes visual features and objects, with a vision-language model (VLM), which interprets the situation in the footage in linguistic context. This goes beyond simple object detection to jointly analyze worker behavior, protective equipment use, and the surrounding environment, allowing safety managers to more precisely identify the hazardous situations that actually require their attention.
OneMoreEYE Selective Surveillance v2.0 is currently deployed and operating at numerous sites run by major domestic construction companies, as well as at sites related to Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia, among other industrial sites at home and abroad.
OneMoreSecurity optimizes detection zones, sensitivity, and event trigger conditions by reflecting each site's camera environment, working conditions, and safety management standards. During the event, the company plans to demonstrate its industrial safety event detection process, monitoring screens, real-time alerts, and Automatic PTZ Schedule feature.
CEO Kim, Min Sik of OneMoreSecurity said, "OneMoreEYE Selective Surveillance v2.0 combines Automatic PTZ Schedule with AI-based hazard detection to help efficiently monitor key areas across large construction sites," adding, "Building on the operational experience we've accumulated at sites in Korea and abroad, we will improve detection accuracy and stability and expand our partnerships in the construction sector."
Meanwhile, the 'HOBAN Construction Technology EXPO,' in which OneMoreSecurity is participating, is hosted by the Seoul Shinmun and sponsored by Hoban, and will be held alongside Korea Build Week and NextCon, Korea's leading construction and architecture exhibitions.
During the event, the Hoban Innovative Technology Contest awards ceremony, Hi Demo Day, and Hoban Innovative Technology Seminar will also take place, expanding opportunities for technology exchange and collaboration between construction companies, startups, and small and medium-sized enterprises, and supporting the commercialization and on-site application of innovative technologies.
The event will be held at COEX from August 5 to 8, 2026, and can be attended free of charge with advance registration on the official website by August 4.
